If the paper is uploaded on arxiv, why does astrobiologist editor think it as already published? If so what is the next step for author to resolve?

I usually upload the article on arxiv before sending it to a journal to protect copy rights. If the editor does not no what is arxiv and rejects your article, then what is the next step?

Actually the mass 2209.68 EU is given in PHL-EC catalog. And the mass estimation is larger than its host star. This part was scary!

I think the PHL estimation is wrong.
