I think there are ceratain mechanisms and workflows that may enhance citation turnover of articles. A good example of this is the interval between successful submission of an article and its final publication. The selection of an appropriate journal may be crucial. Earlier publication (electronic) of results allows be first on the market… What’s your opinion?

However, the easiest way is searching the related document by typing the keywords into google scholar. You will find some related articles.
