Solution is to learn tikz. Here is a good minimum working example:

Hi Md Rafiul,

my suggestion is to import the jpg to Inkscape and save it as a pdf + Tex document. In this way the picture will be in a vector format and the text will be saved separately. Afterwards you can simply include the files in LaTex so that you will have a vector graphic and the text in the diagram will be with the same font like the text of your Latex document :). It is much easier and faster especially if you need to draw something much more complex !
