well, Himawari as any other VIS-IR-based satellite does not quite "measure" precipitation intensity as it does not have microwave channels.

However, there are products you can look at.

1) Imagery with heavy rainfall potential

2) Data including precip-prone areas

3) JAXA real time rainfallwatch

4) Finally, if I were you, I would go to the GSMaP site where you find a very good precip product

I agree and would recommend you to try the suggestion by @Vincenzo Levizzani above, but may be also you would try another alternative satellite product derrived rainfall better than himawari's potential rainfall product, namely TRMM and GPM as those satellite are targetted for rainfall measurement mission..
