I'm going to download meteorological information from the meteorology section of the hysplit software, but I get an error. What should I do to fix this problem?
You need to be more specific to get some help. Which meteorological information ? from which database ? which error exactly ? what is the format of the data needed ? time/spatial resolutions ? I precise that I am not a specific user of the hysplit software but I guess that you need to give more details if you expect efficient solutions.

The software that is installed on Windows in the meteorological ARL data section where we download meteorological data, the following error is taken
FTP failed: arlftp.arlhq.noaa.gov -> /pub/forecast/20220130/hysplit.t06z.gfsf
I believe that HYSPLIT can use information from REANALYSIS, so you can download it from: (a) https://reanalyses.org, or (b) https://psl.noaa.gov/data/gridded/data.ncep.reanalysis.html. In these pages you can find a lot of meteorological information of different variables, both surface and height. Best regards.
