I have wavelet signal denoising but I don't know how to load signal there.
And then how to save data after denoising?

Is it possible to load two axis? I.e. to choose for the X and Y axis the certain values. Program suggest me to choose one variable.

You can use this interface to design your desired filter. After that you can generate the code of the filter with the user interface and apply it for multichannel signals.

I suggest you, refer to the time-frequency section of MATLAB help for using wavelet transforms. It is not difficult.
For de-noising, you should select the mother wavelet. This will partly depend on the type of next processing. There are several types of mother wavelet which are suitable for de-noising e.g. Haar, DB, bi-orthogonal and ...
You should decompose signal to 1 or more levels. It is depend on the noise and signal level and distribution. After decomposition, you should delete some detail sub bands to eliminate the noise.
