I'm currently working on a survey project in which we have latitude and longitude data for all participants to connect their demographics with, however, we want to dissociate this data from their actual residences. Does anyone have any guidance or resources on how to alter latitude and longitude measurements just slightly, so that they couldn't be traced to an exact house but rather a neighborhood area?
