I do not know the spinel composition (Mg-Al-Fe-O ?) but the presence of olivine s.s.s. (forsterite Mg-enriched ?) and tremolite Mg-enriched part of the actinolite-tremonlite s.s.s. are in favor of meta-carbonate and are not indicative of carbonatites. Provide a more detailed overview of the mineral assemblage and chemical composition and more detailed constraints on the protolite source environment can be given

You can have a "true" carbonatites which are ultimately derived from partial melting in the mantle. These are usually straightforward to recognise because you have the high LREE, isotope ratios are very distinctive, high Nb, etc.

Then you can have metamorphic marbles which texturally may look identical to carbonatites, but are usually in a sedimentary sequuence and don't display the geochemical characteristics from a mantle-derived carbonatite.

To confuse you even more, in high grade metamorphism and influx of water, you can melt those sedimentary marbles into liquid carbonate melt, which then crystallise. So yes, they are "carbonatites" in the sense that they crystallise from carbonatitic melt, but they aren't like the mantle-derived ones. They're anatectic carbonatites, a class of their own.
