can you suggest easiest analytical techniques to differentiate lamellar zeolites (for ex: MCM-22) from other zeolites?
I would say powder X-ray diffraction; if you consider that one to be easy enough.

Powder xrd is is an easy step. But, xrd can give same result for 2 different material.I think the better way to differentiate the materials is through NMR studies.
