How to develop for the preparation of STM in excel sheets by using the grain size parameters?

good evening all, I have grain size parameter data (mean, sorting and skewness) from waterline samples. I want to develop the sediment trend matrices. How should I do that excel sheet? How to set rows and columns from water line samples.

Thank you, sir. Actually, this studies is going to find the sediment transport path through sediment parameters. I got it what I want from your answer. er:- I have mean data (Station1- 1.23, Station2- 0.85, Station3- 2.13, Station4- 2.05, Station5- 1.85, Station6- 3.1) from different samples, now how should I put the values in horizontally and vertically
