How to determine the size of different conformers of hydrogenated silicon nanoclusters?

Mostly the size is related to the number of Si atoms in case of Sin clusters.The conformers of a cluster also contain same number of atoms but there overall shape may be different.Is there any relation which determines the size in such a case?Most importantly how to determine the size of a hydrogenated clusters SinHm which contain a Si core inside and H atoms at the surface.Can the size be related to the total number of atoms ?
