How to determine the pore sizes of mesh (STL) file of a porous media?

I am trying to determine the pore sizes of a porous structure. The data available is in STL format. I am working on Dragonfly software, but it calculates the pore size of image stacks only. Is there any pore network modelling software which works on STL files too?
