How to determine repeat size in MLVA after running PCR products in agarose gel electrophoresis ?

10 Micro satellite markers were selected to amplify the repeat regions and once repeat regions are amplified they will be run in 2-3% agarose gel electrophoresis with a reference strain whose number of repeats is known so how to find number repeats in an isolate (No RT-PCR,PFGE, Capillary electrophoresis) I have done literature survey but every literature says BIONUMERICS but no details about it can someone help please
