How to detect plastic contents in fish species?

Dear all,

I am working on plastic pollution, currently planning to assess the micro-plastic contents in the fishes of plastic polluted rivers. Would anyone be kind to suggest me the methods (e.g., details micro-tome techniques) or any suggestions?
