A simple neural network can be constructed using one neuron with multiple inputs and one output.
The equation of the neuron's inputs can be written as follows:
Z = X.W
where X and W are the input and weight vectors, respectively.
The final output is calculated by multiplying Z by a specific activation function.

For that, you would need to do all the processes in ANN, such as forward pass, back-propagation, gradient descent, etc., by yourself.
Also, the structure will change based on the type of ANN you want to build, like MLP and CNN.
