Hi, it depends on what kind of study you want to do and what's the time scale of the load changes. In general, you need to use Load Event instead of time characteristics because time characteristics are not for RMS.

If you simulate way too many load event (for example, daily load fluctuations), I recommend you to go for quasi-dynamic studies instead.
