I have designed one patch later I used transform option and rotated it to 45 degrees for 8 element circular array.
But it throws an error saying "Waveguide ports must be aligned with Cartesian coordinate planes for the transient solver."
I think when I rotate it to 45 degrees obviously then cartesian coordinate what I want is tilted. Then how should I design circular array.
You have to bend or add to the feed to each patch so that the waveguide port has its sides along the axis directions. I don't think there is a way round this.
you need to put a bend or extra length and a bend so the 45 deg ports can be lined up with the axes. Or try just rotating the port so that it is lined up with the axes, if that is possible.
A curved bend with the inside radius more than 3 times the track width should be fine.

This looks like a sensible 4-element array. Have you designed the T-junctions so that they are matched - it doesn't look like it in the picture. Are you designing for a 50 ohm feed? That means the input will need to be into 100 ohm lines because the two lines are in parallel. Usually where 2 lines split from or join one line you need a change of impedance or a transformer so that the junction is matched.

When this pattern can give phases am I supposed to give phases again in
Properties + antenna array +properties . If so why , I was expecting my pattern is generating phases then why to give phases.
You can choose to see phase as one of the options on the farfields
As you only have one feed you can't change the phase to each antenna separately so you can't vary the pattern using phase. To do that you either have to put a component in each arm to get extra phase, or you have to have a separate feed for each antenna.

Sir , I have designed a phase shifter network of 4 elements and when I give separate ports to each network end, I got the phase shift. I checked it with s-parameters.
Now I have attached the patches to the phase shifter by removing ports, I am not getting null at the center which I have to get. Can you tell me what I am missing?
Have you checked? You can monitor the fields at each patch and see the phases at the same point on each patch. If they are at those phases then the radiation should cancel, unless the polarization of each patch is also rotated 90 between each, in which case you will get circular polarization at the centre.
Select monitors and ask for e-field at the operating frequency. It will give a 2D and 3D plot of the e-field in the whole problem space. You need to run to generate the field plots data.
I have checked the field monitors between adjacent ports, I am not getting the phase shift when my phase shifter is connected to the patch. But individually if I check with the phase shifter by giving 1 input and 4 output ports, I am able to get phase shift.
Now My phase shifter is at one substrate , and patches are on other substrate
I would like to know how can I connect the network output ports in substrate 1 to the patches in substrate 2
