Some "dirty trick" to consider might be to "up-convert" your frequency (by means of a mixer) into the band where some appropriate circuit is available. Such tricks are frequently applied by radio amateurs (HAMs).

There are many solutions to your problem. Adding to the colleagues, you can build ask , psk and fsk demodulation circuits using the phase locked loop for example PLL 565, it can be used easily for such low frequency 100-150kHz. It can demodulate directly the FSK signal and you can integrate the output of the pll to obtain the PSK modulating signal. As for the ASK  you regenerate the carrier with the pll and then you need only a multiplication circuit to multiply the generated carrier by the received signal and low pass filter to make the synchronous ASK demodulation. You can use envelope diode detector to make the ASK demodulation. The circuit is simple it consists of a diode a capacitor shunted by a resistor.

The application notes of the pll 565 contains all these applications.

The solution brought by the document brought by you is in agreement with my proposal in my first comment to great extent. The ic chip contains a pll. one can use such pll to realize FSK by operating its voltage controlled oscillator under the control of the data to issue fm for the logic one and fs for the logic zero. In case of a receiver the pll can be used to directly demodulate the FSK received signal

In case of ASK no need to explain it as it indicated in detail in the data,

PSK is a special case of ASK where it is a type of AM modulation with suppressed carrier. In order to produce the PSK one has only to pass the carrier without phase shift for logic one and multiply it by negative one for logic Zero. So, one has to substitute the ask signal by +1 for logic one and -1 for logic zero. The resulting waveform will be that of PSK. 

AS phase modulated signal one can demodulate it by the pll followed by an integrator which is a low pass filter to get the phase variation of received signal which is expected to be only binary. One has only to adjust the parameter of such integrator to correctly decode the phase and convert it to binary signal.

So, yes you can use the given chip to realize the three types of modems.
