Could anyone please suggest me some text book or any method to decouple the multi input DC/DC power converters for designing controller to regulate the out put voltage.

The easiest way is to restrict the flow of input sources only to the direction of output. This can be accomplished by connecting a schottky power diode , with the anode connected to the positive terminal of the source and its cathode connected to the input of the DC/DC conveter.
The other method is to convert the sources from voltage sources to current sources. All the current sources will sink in the input of the dc/dc covnerter.
