yes from my own computer. i want to store some files. yes you are right Marc, i want to access my files anywhere and anytime.

Which operating system are you running on the machine?

i am having 2 operating systems Windows 7 and Linux Ubuntu 12.04

You can install OwnCloud under Linux... That should do the trick...
