How to create a link between abaqus 2018 and gfortran in red hat?

I am trying to run a model with a UMAT subroutine in abaqus 2018 in linux redhat. There is a error when I run the verification. How can I create the link?

Since it is a university owned computer I can not modify the user files. TA says to just copy the .env file in my user folder, modify it and the problem will be solved.

does anyone knows how can I modify the .env file? and which .env modify?
