I need to compare two heat maps. One of the normal drosophila X chromosome containing white gene and the other of the drosophila variegated eye phenotype where the white gene is close to heterochromatic regions.
But, I dont know how to prepare that. I would appreciate if some research group have already done it and published a research paper.
