In image processing, we should represent few thinks in graphical or chart mode. In order to representation, I need 3D graph for resultant image like this (please see attached file). Please suggest me any tools are available for creating graphs.
Note: I tried in MatLab but I could not get. Please suggest how to get it?

In matlab you could use the functions mesh or surf for this purpose.

Both surf and mesh would provide 3D plot. However if you have a lot of data points, mesh would provide clearer 3D plot than surf IMO.
You can obtain a 3D graph by using the surf function but you’ll need to re-arrange your data. For example: let us assume we have two data variables: X = 1,2,3,4 and Y=5,6,7,8. The output variable is:
Z = 9 10 11 12
13 14 15 16
17 18 19 20
21 22 23 24
Then, for obtaining a 3D graphical representation, the proper structure of data is:
X = 1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
1 2 3 4
Y = 5 5 5 5
6 6 6 6
7 7 7 7
8 8 8 8
Next, execute:
Surf(x,y,z)

A plot3 function approach (cloud points representation):

You can also use contour3 function to plot this kinf of graphs. Keep one of the coordinates out of x,y and z as constant and you can get these plots. But for this, the array should be 2D.
Also, 'contour' function can be used in order to get a slice by slice graph from a 3D array.
