Hello everyone,
I am trying to generate flat optical comb using Optisystem but I failed to do that. I used Dual Drive Mach Zehnder Modulator component to make a constant magnitude for all comb lines.
I used the bias voltages -3.6v & -2.7v, splitting ratio = 1.5. Also I attached the snapshot of the response of the system. Is there any specific biasing values for DD- MZM to flat the spectrum in Optisystem?

choose the sweep mode to select the bias voltages or use a DPMZM instead

Hi, if your interest is create a frequency comb lines I think that I have one solution without use MZM. Make contact that I will send the file to you.
Thank you for your response @Pedro Dias, Actually i already generated comb lines but i coudn't make the same power magnitudes for all lines. Would you please help me on this?
I used this configuration to obtain a comb, employing the optisystem 7.0.
The spectrum (fig. 3) was generated by (2). Alternatively I used the configuration (1) too.
It is simple but usefull for some applications.
