Is there a multi-step methods with constant coefficients which when applied to the solution of the initial value problem for the ODE save the order of accuracy of the initial value at the next points?

If I have understood properly you want the results of multiple instances of steps to be set as initial conditions of the upcoming chainwise steps, this is possible using defining multiple step instances in ABAQUS step module and the software will do what you are asking for without defining anything new.
