Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I will try the methodolgy given in the thesis report. Just to let you know that when I ask the TRNSYS support for the same query the answer they gave me is as follow:

'The connection between TRNSYS and Simulink has a bit of a messy history. It was primarily developed based on Trnsys16 and relied on Simulink passing certain required data to a TRNSYS Type that it wanted to call. In Trnsys16 all TRNSYS Types took the same list of arguments that were passed to it by the Trnsys kernel. Some of these were fairly simple (such as the list of parameters and the list of inputs) but others were more complicated to set (for example a 15-spot array called INFO() that contained numerous codes for one special situation or another). The wrapper on the Simulink side would have to fake all the arguments to the Type but then it could call the Type and get back some results. The method worked well for simple components and while it appeared to work for more complex components, we were pretty certain that it did not. For example, some Types make calls to other routines in the TRNSYS kernel to solve differential equations to compute steam and wet air properties, to store values between timesteps, etc. With Simulink calling in place of the TRNSYS kernel it was fairly certain that those calls from the Type back to the TRNSYS kernel weren't being addressed correctly by Simulink or by the Trnsys kernel (some of whose information Simulink was overwriting).

 The situation got more complicated with Trnsys17 because we changed the way that Types are called; they are no longer passed any information but they instead call functions to get the information that they need. We wrote a set of functions that would fake setting various kernel variables so that when a Type calls the kernel it receives the correct information but there are a LOT of cases in which this communication and variable setting can break down so we don't recommend it.'

HI DEAR,

it mean the connectivity and accuracy of Simulink and TRNSYS is in doubt as the basic operation of both is not compatible. in this case i will recommend you to model your own component in TRNSYS. even you get connect these two with each other the accuracy of the system will be in doubt.
