I had the first shoreline measurements to estimate coastal erosion. is there any website to show the tide level at a particular date?

Dear Eyad. First you have to look for in your country. Every country have to has several tide gauges around their shores. Taking into account those tide gaugues measurements during many years (decades) a prediction can be done. So generally there is a National Institution in every country that operates those tide gaugues and make those tide predictions for every year, for the seas around their coasts. That´s another way to find, what you are looking for. So, look for in the country which that shore belongs, a tide prediction book or table, which can have a similar structure to the mentioned NOAA tide predictions.
And remember that for coastal erosion tide is not the first forcing even you have to take it into account. What are you measuring in the shoreline? Good look with this!!
When you are taking the measurements hope you noting down the time as well to do the tidal corrections

for coastal erosion you must look at the wave regime. Tidal erosion might be important in the inner areas of estuaries, where vessels' circulation plus hide tides could cause erosion. Sea level changes are also important. You could look at a classic paper (I have attached) and also find the shore protection manual by the US Corp of Engineers (this is a classical lecture for coastal regimes; I have put the link for the first manual, you can find the others easily)
