I am doing MS and making a research work in lightweight concrete and its durability properties.
I am facing difficulties to perform these test on my lightweight concrete panels because there is no standard or proper apparatus in my University Lab. So, I need some guidance to perform these test and my concrete Panels size (300 mm * 300 mm * 50 mm). May I know about what kind of arrangement need to conduct this test at laboratory which easy to handle and available.

Hello, I am fortunate to have done some experiments on lightweight concrete slabs.
1. For the fire resistance test of the concrete lightweight board, we use an alcohol lamp to bake one side of the board, and then immediately measure the temperature with a temperature measuring instrument. Generally, it can reach a very high temperature without changing the properties of the concrete.
2. For the sound insulation test of the concrete slab, the water tank is divided into two parts filled with water, and then the sound wave meter is used to start the water from one side, and it can be seen that there is no obvious water wave on the other side.
