This is a broad question, which depends in large part on which version of Grounded Theory you are pursuing. I would recommend considering three different versions: Charmaz's Constructivist GT (Charmaz, 2014), Glaser's Classic GT (Hotlton ^ Walsh, 2003), or Corbin & Strauss' version (Corbin & Strauss, 2008).
