How we can compute the actual coefficients of observable variables after we compute confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for binary variables? which model is appropriate to compute CFA?

You can utilize the application of Statistical Package of Social Sciences to analyze the data set by going to Analyze > Dimension Reduction > Factor. Highlight the variables that you want to run the analysis on and select them. Click on Descriptives and ensure that you check Initial Solution, Coefficients, and KMO and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity. Go to Extraction and you want to select a Principal Components Method to analyze a correlation matrix with a Scree Plot. If your variables are greater than 0.5 value in your component correlation matrix, you would use an oblique rotation; if not, use orthogonal rotation. To get the coefficients in a display format, ensure you check Suppress small coefficients with an absolute value below 0.4. This should help you to get what you are looking for.
