I think you should create custom models rather than combining two models

• Add more layers according to your requirements
• Deep layers give more accurate results
• Train the models
• Evaluate their performances

Do you have an idea regarding to ensemble Learning, read more about it in order to use models more than one and to select the best accuracy by taking the average of each models.
