You can use different smartphone applications such as Physics Toolbox Suite for getting real-time data and save in CSVs.

Try MQTT protocol. Setup an MQTT server (i.e in a rpi) and install a client (either custom or from play)bon the smartphone. Using a mongodb database (running on rpi) for saving data is a good option too.
