I am looking your kind help to find out the solution of my problem which is the subject question. How to choose a master thesis topic under "Business Management" studies? and which is the easiest and useful research method?
- I mean what are the essentials to select the topic, like as leadership, teamwork, decision making and secondly how to narrow down the topic to be specific.

Awais - your question is too broad. Business management is a huge discipline and you are best being more specific. On the issue of 'easiest and most useful' - there is no such thing as 'easy' research for a beginning researcher - and what is most useful is adopting the methodology/method that best suits and fits your research topic and questions - which you don't seem to know yet.

Many thanks for your fruitful feedback, Yes you are right, I am a new born management researcher, What So far I am thinking about the topic selection, lets say I will go to "decision making" "team work" or "leadership" and I like qualitative research method. What do you think about that, or do you have any suggestion about the topic how to narrow down the topic? to be more specific or is there any research gap where I can dive.
You need to narrow down the area based on your own interests. There are very few things in research that are easy. Do a good literature search and find out which areas are of interest to you, where many questions are yet to be answered, where data is available for analysis and what good you can do to the society by conducting your research.
Hi Awais, I think the first thing you need for research at Masters level is a supervisor who is willing to mentor you. Some supervisors already have potential topics you can easily fit into. Have you got one?

business management is a big topic. first, you should concern about that what are the sub topics under the business management. go trough that sub topics and search literature. when considering the literature you can easily find out what are the problem, methodologies, analyzing tools and all things related to the particular research. as well as thing it is better to keep in your mind several ideas about that what is your topic before meet the supervisor. then, it is very easy to both you make successful discussion about your research work.
There are a large number of topics that are not counted in the business management and requires you to specify the area you wish to be write, is the management of operations or the management of banks or strategic management or human resources....., so that you can find a subject to write.
