The coordinate system is critical to understand antenna radiation in space. And antenna parameters must be understood to measure them properly. FYI, theta-phi are used in spherical coordinate systems, and are differently used by mathematicians and physicists! Be careful here.

Once the antenna basics are clear, you will be able to use any tool effectively.

In the Result menu we can check the both co- polarization and cross polarization

by selecting the Radiation pattern option give the values of Φ and Θ according to your requirement E phi gives co and E theta gives cross polarizations are vise versa

For antenna in XY plane, your principle planes will be XZ (E-theta) and YZ (E-phi) planes. So you plot rETheta and rEPhi for phi=0,90deg.

rETheta for phi = 0 deg will be co-polar for XZ and rEPhi for phi = 0 deg will be cross-polar components.

Similarly rEPhi for phi = 90deg will be co-polar for YZ and rETheta for phi = 90 deg will be cross-polar components.

You see Gain_theta and Gain_phi pattern in a plane. Which one is higher in that plane is co-polar and which one is lower is cross polar pattern. If both are almost equal then check axial ratio also, there is apossibility of circular polarization.
