I measured the radiation pattern of the antenna in chamber but i kept the antenna in different position other than the simulated one therefore i couldn't able to compare the results of both. Both 90 degree opposite to each other. Can any one tell me how to change the axis in HFSS or CST??
in CST you must use modelling-->local WCS
and in HFSS I have attached the picture of icon

but in chamber manually not possible there having automatic position control

hi Nima Salyani , i could able to change x and y but i need to change the z axis. In hfss it takes z as a reference axis i think.
I think you can do it by rotating the axis. in the help of HFSS-->Creating a Rotated Relative CS you can find it. also you can use object CS. in similar way.

Select your whole antenna>rotate along axis or change XY, YZ option in tool bar. The direction of the excitation is very important to decides which plane (elevation or azimuthal plane) covers your designed antenna. all the best
