How to calculate the volume of the gas pumped on a cryo-condensing surface ?

Hello everyone, I am designing a surface for pumping of gases in vacuum environment using liquid nitrogen cooled surface. I am looking for a relation between surface area and the volume of a particular gas condensed on that surface.
