How to calculate the temperature change while using LED array to heat a sample (316L) ?

An LED array of optical power output of 10mW/cm^2 is used to supply heat to a 316L sample (room temparature) having dimension 10*10*5 (mm).The LED is flashed for a duration of 1 second. How to calculate the temperature increase of the surface layer of the test piece?
