Simple determination of segregation in % (stability) may be measured by placing a concrete/cement mix in a 100-ml-mearuring cylinder for a standardized time interval and at a specified temperature (low accuracy!)
Accelerated tests may be performed by centrifuge in a graduated test tube (constant temperature and time interval) (medium accuracy).
Apart of this, a proper stability test of a concrete/cement mix would be either the determination of "free water" or "fluid loss" acc. to API (American Petrol Inst.) Specification 10 or RP 13B by filtration test. Equipment and procedure are described in API standard. (Good accuracy and reproducibility)
You can use the procedure in ASTM C 940 to determine the bleeding and segregation of SCC. The equipment required are basic lab equipment and can be improvised if the equipment are not available
