How to calculate the intensity of CH and OH signal during flame chemiluminescence study?

i have taken the laminar premixed flame images by applying CH and OH filters to ccd camera. now, what should i do to calculate the respective signal intensity oh oh and ch radicals?

If it's just the intensity you are looking for, you need to know the sensitivity of your detector (i.e. CCD+optics) as a function of the wavelength. If that is not provided by the manufacturer, there are standardized light sources (e.g. Xe lamps) that allow for the acquisition of calibration curves. From that, you can set up an intensity scale and apply it to these images.
