2% N doped means the % for TiO2 is 98%, to get 2%N from ammonia the mass ratio of ammonia to that of TiO2 need to be 2.43:98 ( 1: 40.4). For example if you add 1 g of ammonia into 40.4 g TiO2, you will get 2% N doped in TiO2.
I presume that you intend to make 2 mol % N doped TiO2. For that you need to first calculate how much NH3 will yield 2 mol % N. once you calculate that, then calculate how much TiO2 you need to add to get the required mol% N doping. Are you using dry nano-powder of TiO2 or you will use some precursor like titanium isopropoxide or butoxide?
I am using Titanium isopropoxide as precursor for preparing TiO2 and i am trying to give dope 2 mol % N doping by adding aqueous NH3 solution . Then how could i get 2 mol % N doping
