Assuming that you are talking about the common PAC HAWT's, the constant power part of the output power curve (between rated wind speed and cut-out) should not change much, and neither should the drop-out part beyond cut-out.

However, the rising part of the output curve should be scaled in proportion to the air density.

And whatever changes occur in overall generated power as a combination of all effects as above, should be taken into account.

Please note that I have given a very simple "first shot" answer assuming perfectly streamlined flow of source wind. In case turbulent phenomena such as gusting, wake effects, and tower shadows are to be included, then the reply to your question will be a more complicated one !

The effect of variation of air density on the power production is minimal as the air density won't change much. You have to keep in mind that the air density comes mostly from atmospheric N2 and O2 as they are the major portion of the atmosphere. If more moisture available at the farm, we will see small drop in the density but nothing magical in the power generation will happen with it.

However, there are more important problems to solve. For example, to estimate the wind speed at turbine height as we all know the power generation is proportional to cube of it. No model can predict the wind speed at turbine height (usually 80-120m); we have only option to tweak the wind speed with model pressure levels using several unscientific methods, for example statical methods.
