Ex and Ey in CST can be observed in theta and phi in far-field results. If you need the ratio of the two values, then you can see in the theta/phi. The value is shown in the far-field plot in cartesian mode at phi =0 and theta = 0. I used to observe these values to validate the polarisation of the antenna when I design a 45 slant polarization antenna.
Ex and Ey are two of the options that are on the tree on the left of the screen when you set up an electric field monitor.
Ex and Ey in the far-field are not given because they change with range, as 1/range.
the theta and phi components are normalised to 1 m range, so you need to divide by range to get the value at the range you want.
