how to Calculate Engine Performance if you will have following set of value i.e. Session, time, GPS Longitude, GPS Latitude, GPS Speed, GPS Bearing, kff1270, Accelerometer (Total), Total trip time (seconds), Altitude (GPS), OBD Speed, Engine Load, kff1273?
You would need vehicle's weight, the power output can be estimated.
If you have vehicle weights, the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and the tires properties (in terms of drag and friction) you can evaluate Engine performance by an energy balance.

Power is force into velocity. Force requires aero dynamic drag and rolling resistance. the inertial component would also have to be taken.
you would not be able to calculate the power curve with just these data.
I am sure your chassis dyno team would have A & B values from with you can derive the rolling resistance and air drag coefficient.
