I am performing a systematic review and two of the included RCTs have inter-rater agreement (as measured by intraclass correlation) as the main outcome. However, I am not sure how to calculate the effect sizes from intraclass correlations and I have a hard time finding answers elsewhere.
Hope some of you might know.

The first question I would ask is do these two studies directly address your research question? Intraclass correlations assess reliability. How do the other studies assess reliability without using intraclass correlations? What is the "O" part of your PICO question?
