I want to create heatmap in metaboanalyst. I have LCMS data of a bacterial sample with four concentrations of NaCL; 1-4%. I have 9 compounds that i mentioned in coulmns on excel and peak area of each compund on X-axis at given NaCL conc. But always, it gives an error while I uplod the data after converting my excel file in .csv format. Can anyone guide for the data arrangement and file upload?
Smaple file is attached in excel and the reference heatmap I want to build is also there in the attached paper.

Your data does not have replicates. For say, 1% you need data a, b, c, for 2% you need a1,b1, c1 and so on. Where a, b, c are biological/ technical replicates for treatment 1. It is all about grouping and organization of the file.
Without biological replicates (n>3) MetaboAnalyst does not work.
