How to apply Galvanostatic Intermittent technique (GITT) to calculate the Li-diffusion constant by using EC-Lab ?

There are several parameter, hence I am confuse which one should control to get the Li-diffusion constant by using the following equation.

D= (4/pi t )* (nmVm/S)2 * (delta Es/delta Et)2
