How to apply Cohen's Kappa coeffecient for segementation purpose?

How to evaluate quantity results for blood vessel segmentation according to Cohen's Kappa coefficient. From the perspective of what I undersatnd Cohen's Kappa is used for evaluation of classification purpose.

In my case, I have my own segmentation results and ground truth for them. I donot have any rater to rate. Normally segmenation is evaluated by accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and AUC. I have used these measures.

Can someone help me with how to apply Cohen's Kappa for segmentaion.
