I am working on diabetic retinopathy. For that matter, I have to segment out optic disc as one of the pre-processing step. For this particular step I am following the paper tilted "Automatic Optic Disk Segmentation in Presence of Disk Blurring". I have to create inverted LoG filter similar to the image shown below.
However, I am not able to find how to create such inverted LoG filter in Pyhton. I am using Python 3.6.4 with PyCharm IDE. Can anyone please help me with this.
You can use either scipy or scikit image, scipy have a LoG filter, and scikit image a have a blob detecting feature that uses a LoG filter. Hope you can dind it useful
Actualluy I donot want the simple LoG filter, I checked the matlab fspecial code for LoG and then wrote it in python, It worked.
