How to analyze the result of biosensor based on FRET?

Hello everyone, I am using a kind of GA sensor based on FRET, the biosensor contains CFP and YFP. After photoing by Leica SP8 CLSM, I get two kinds of photos: CFP activated by 448nm and YFP activated by FRET. But I am quite confused about how to analyze, like use which software and how to set parameters.
