I am doing an analysis with large data. Regarding this, I am having the following questions:
1. The value should be increased day by day - If any decreases, it should be identified.
2. For identified ones, it should be calculated with highest decrease.
I have attached the excel data. Please suggest suitable tool or software to conduct the analysis.

By using macros in Xl, we can automate repetitive tasks associated with data manipulation and reporting that must perform repeatedly.
You can take the help from the percentages. Negative in case of decrease
You can use Conditional Formatting, by specifying the formula =C2 < B2 as the condition to highlight cells in the range $C$2:$H$5. See attached.
If you want to list out all those cells it will be better to use a programming language.
Using an R script, for each row, one can look for the maximum decrease.
In attachment 'loop.R' is the script in which there is a loop through all rows to search this 'target'. The data have been converted to a R data set 'data_elango.Rda' with the script 'elango_CSV.R. Th results are in 'results.txt'.
